Orientation Day
New session of grade XI Science and Commerce
began with the Orientation Program on 29th July 2008. The program was
organized by the Student Council along with the College Management. The main
purpose to conduct the orientation was to make the students acquaint with
the college environment, the faculty members, administrative staff and most
important of all is to make them aware that they are now the CAMPIONITES.
The president of Student Council, Mr. Prajwal Malla Ale welcomed the
students. To grace the ceremony and to motivate the new comers, Mr. Joseph
B. Niraula, Vice Chairman, Campion Associate and all the faculty members
were also present.
The proactive address by Mr. Niraula made the students applaud with
acknowledgement. Mr. Murari Pd. Gautam, Director of CKC welcomed the new
students with warmth and wished them the best for their two years of
wonderful stay at CKC. The Principal, Mrs. Sadhana Shrestha conducted
various ice breaking session and encouraged them to participate with
enthusiasm and show the spirit of true Campionite. Outstanding students were
awarded with gift vouchers for their overall performance in Grade XI
internal examinations. Oath taking ceremony was conducted by Miss Prakriti
Shakya, Executive Member of Student Council to commit the students to follow
the rules and regulation of the college. The program came to an end with the
vote of thanks by Miss Shreya Gurung, Cultural Secretary of Student Council
and refreshment that was provided to all the invitees.
